The hotel's location is fantastic, close to restaurants, shops, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and both Durham and Raleigh. the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. the standard queen room was modern and included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

Incredible hotel, loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were a bit rude. We got a king room which was air conditioned. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, convenient to go everywhere.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a pretty good experience. It was quite clean, and the breakfast was decent. the location is ideal for business—it's right in the main area. the highlight for me was how attentive and excellent the staff were. 🌟.

Room wasn't clean (carpets stained), the triple sheet-thing that hie is using these days stinks. Give me a sheet and comforter please.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was incredibly relaxing. the hotel was pristine, the room was quiet and beautifully designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location is fantastic, just a short distance from the airport. It’s also conveniently near nearby colleges and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore both Durham and Raleigh. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed a satisfactory breakfast each morning.

We were very happy with our stay. We stayed there Friday through Sunday because we had to leave our home due to the hurricane threat to the Outer Banks. Everyone was very nice that we dealt with and we were happy they allowed our dog to stay with us with no problem. I also enjoyed the fact that they had coffee and breakfast included with our stay, so we didn't have to leave to go out early for breakfast, which was very convenient for us We would definitely stay at your hotel again.
